If our grand bell tent has been hired, a 7m x 7m area will be needed to allow space for guy ropes. If the set up is only for tables and cushions etc, a minimum area of 2m x 3m per 6 people is required either indoors or outdoors.
Over night hire can be arranged at an additional fee, however, only if the equipment is set up inside or in our bell tent
We will arrive to set up your party 2-3 hours prior to your party start time, to ensure that everything is in place before your guests arrive. Our minimum hire period is 6 hours, after which time, we will return to pack everything away. If you require the set up for an extended period, this can be arranged prior to your event.

In the event of adverse weather conditions, picnics must set up indoors. Alternatively, our bell tent can be hired at an additional cost, to ensure your event goes ahead as planned.

Yes, a security deposit is required and the amount will vary depending on the set up provided. Deposits are refunded within 7 days if all equipment is returned in good order.
We cover the whole of Northern Ireland as well as some areas in the South such as, Donegal, Monaghan etc. Delivery and collection is included within 30miles of Omagh, after which 50p a mile will be charged.

We are happy to set up anywhere, however, you may need to obtain permission from the land owner or council if you are wanting to use a public space.
